You're not in bad company... Mikhail Tal writes (the text can be found
in E. Shekhtman's the Complete Games of Mikhail Tal when
Reshevsky-Petrosian, Zurich 1953 (the game with ...Re6!) is
considered) that he was about to come candidate master before when he
saw the game and he thought he would have not gained same satisfaction
if he had read My System.

This is correct. I just have to look at my games. I consistently beat
players who are rated over 2000 Finnish ELO but I also
make stupid tactical mistakes against weaker opponents. Mistakes that
are rare against stronger opponents. I'm too hasty, too impulsive in
many games.
