The descriptions of my files are coming out like this:

Name       | Size | Date     | Description
___________|______|__________|______________________________________________
BACKBONE.NA| 24263| 07-10-04 | Authorized Aug 01, 2004 Issue of BACKBONE
           |      |          | .NA
___________|______|__________|______________________________________________

Each line of the description is less than 40 characters long, even though
the ACTUAL descriptions are more than that.

How can I change it so it doesn't break it up till it hits a carriage return?

Also, when EleWeb shows New Files, it shows the ENTIRE filebase, not just
what is a couple of days old.  How can I change that??
