Yea, if there's no law making abortion illegal, then there's no need for a law "to make it legal." In New York they tricked us with a referendum that "guarantees equal rights for all people." We already had "equal rights for all people," but this trick now gives equal rights to "all people including illegal immigrants." I didn't fall for it but it passed.
