Hello everybody.

It has been reported to me that my system presents itself in the binkp log
of others as being in timezone 0100.

Actually I am now in 0200. (CET plus DST).

I have the TZUTC environment variable set to 0200.

OS: win98SE.

Where does irex get the time zone information? How can I set it right?
