I think for you, the installer would be better than the .zip (which is a 
portable version); if you know you have a 64-bit operating system, then 
get that one, otherwise get the first one (which will run fine on a 
64-bit system; just the 64-bit version will work a bit better on a 
64-bit system).

It's definitely a tool worth having!
