It's certainly NOT vaporware, but it is shareware.  And the latest
version is 110 instead of 109. It's available on the web, but I don't
have the URL handy, a search on any of the engines should find it
quickly. I had all 3 versions on my BBS until a recent HD crash, I'll
have them back on sometime next month if things go well.
