Another source (left-leaning) pointed out there disappointment that roughly
18 million people who voted in 2020 didn't vote this year.  A little
different than your numbers but still huge.

I know you are leaning towards "cheating" but I have always wondered about
hackers... specifically Chinese ones.  There were a few articles floating
around right before 11/5 regarding the abilities of hackers to hack
elections.

Either way, I question why they would cheat/hack the last election but not
this one?  Keeping the numbers up would hide the 2020 spike.  Not doing it
this time makes it really stick out.

Could also simply mean there were 18 million people who hate Trump but just
couldn't get behind Harris.
