No rentals here, but you could get a used phone (a decent one, that works
& isn't an old enough model to look too funny) for like 20-40 EUR. Talk
is cheap (), and prepaid numbers are available at any corner store
/ kiosk. I'd expect Germany to be somewhat similar.
