For the people I helped get removed from the block list, all it cost us was time.

They are a little slow when it comes to replies.  I've always had to jump
through the mechanical voice hoops to talk to a human who didn't quite
understand what I was talking about.  I solve this by asking to speak to
their supervisor.  99 times out of 100, I get fast answers that way.

I didn't get to it yesterday.  Too many things to do and by the time I got
back home, I was exausted.
