The courts are there to ensure that the laws are 1) constitutional and 2)
followed by the people and the government. The *LEGISLATIVE* branch (that's
the one made up of the two Houses of Congress) is the only branch that can
write law. The executive branch (that's the President) is there to execute
the law.

The Judicial branch has no authority to make law. PERIOD.

I would suggest that you have someone explain how government works.
