We need an RNC chief who will crack whips all day long, every day, and a house
speaker who will crack whips all day long, every day. That would solve a lot of problems.

People who take their job seriously. Aren't there people like that anymore?

That's what I mean about Michael Whatley and Mike Johnson. They're both on autopilot, and I have no idea how to fix those issues.
