Ok, in that case, I'd be screaming mad. Paying for a premium service and not
getting any help. Grrr!

Yes, that is high. Here, we call the ISP's help line and get a bunch of
pimple-faced geeks fresh out of school that think that Windows is the only OS
in the world. I love giving them hell. ;P
