        Ah, no problem.  I was just beginning to doubt my ability to read a 
manual.  8-)  I was about 99% sure that it wasn't there when I made the 
suggestion, but that percentage was falling fast.  I figured that I must have 
missed something someplace.
        You're right, it probably can be done in MEX.  I did make the 
suggestion in the MEX echo too--hoping someone might be able to come up with 
something.  I know it's beyond my abilities unless I really wanted to learn 
MEX.  I'm pretty sure that I don't.  8-)
