All too true. I don't let my beginning callers have BROWSE. Too many
tried to use it just to READ messages - an agonizing method which would
discourage them.
One great help was to set the word "NEXT" in the line "Press enter for
NEXT message" to blinking. It is absolutely amazing how many new callers
just didn't SEE that line until I did that.
Still, I'm not the fan of BROWSE that you are. If it wasn't for its
SEARCH capability, its one really strong feature, I wouldn't put it on
the menu at all.
