   Robert, do you always have to be so antagonistic?  How about, "I
   guess you missed my first message, but this is my question... "?
   If I was Greg, I'd have probably given your money back, and said
   keep the program, don't come to me for support.  Have you tried to
   troubleshoot over the phone or via E-mail?  It's darn tough, and I
   think Greg has been doing a pretty good job of it.
   I just think you should cut him a little more slack.
