Just thought that it should be pointed out the person throwing ethnic slurs

this case didn't bother with the correct spelling of Herr before trying to
insult someone by using it. My opinion of the slur itself was contained in 
he
post script to my message. Since this was in German the subject almost
certainly wouldn't bother to get it translated either which is probably for
the best.

PS: the ACLU would no doubt defend the rights of the person making the slur
(in the name of the 2nd amendment) since it would be covered under their 1st
amendment rights.
