I've never been able to figure out how to set the timezone on a NW 3.12 
machine so that RDATE can get our local time (UTC +9:30) correct. Instead, I 
have a program running on the UnixWare 1.1.2 machine (running NTP) set the 
time on the NW 3.12 machine.
