You should be able to scroll back and read a history of previous messages in each group/echo.

Give us your feedback on how this is working out with the Telegram app for you.

BTW, the FIDONET.TELEGRAM echo would be a good place to learn about some cool shortcuts for generating your own subject, addressing a message to a specific person and how to cross-post.
