 Er... xmastime hon. And they grow like weeds in Miami I'm told. We
had one in our yard of our T'ville residence. And yes they are
poisonous. I  had a potted one stay alive for nearly two years! :)
They stay flowering if you keep them indoors and watered. I wonder if
Hibiscus blooms are poison? Abbie ate one but nothing bad happened.
Her poop was red though. I've been getting after her to leave my
plants alone. The squirt bottle helps. She hates water... and I know
this means taking a bath is harder but dam I gotta protect my plants.
Some can be kept out of her reach but others not and I'm not giving
them up.

 :) They can tell when we feel bad. At least some dogs do. Cosmo would
bark if there was any arguing going on, telling us to stop. Lately
since the chief arguer has moved out there's been a lot of peace and
quiet around her.
