While most of Mystic's support is already done elsewhere, we've agreed to leave
the Fidonet echo in tact (as well as utilize it) in case one doesn't know about
any other means.

The systems that dropped the echo have nothing to do with Mystic, nor do they
use it. So it's no loss to the Mystic community whether they care to carry it
or not. Either way, I believe most of them still pass it through their systems
to downlinks, so it's really no big deal.
