Hi Everyone:
Based on a message that I had received, I had included Kathy Oganozov in the 
drawing for the winner for the month of March and picked her name as a 
inner.
 I just had a phone call from Pat Knox telling me that she declined her win 
for this month, and asking me to put the names back into the pot, this time 
leaving her out.  I have done so, and have redrawn a new winning name.  The 
new winner is:
 Shauna Charron!
  Shauna lives in Mannville, AB Canada, but I
don't have her exact street address.  I'll post a message to her after this 
asking her to post her choice of block, and her full address.  
Sorry about the false start this month folks, we'll try to do better next 
time.
