Just have to train them to call instead of mailing... or just check
their emails when you get back to the computer...  ;)   I'm a firm
believer in actual contact whether in person or on the phone for dealing
with things.  Just a couple of minutes on the phone in conversation can
cover so much more than a flurry of emails... (or phone tag messages).
