Exactly.  I still feel strongly that you are a good candidate.  There may be
others but the current nodelist shows no complications with you running when I
scan for your last name.

Fact is of the size we are, we can not afford to omit people who are mail
movers or *Cs.  It was a 1986 or so time frame when we had that luxury because
there were a lot of fish in the pond to select from.  It was likely based on
the Saint Louis nodelist format issue forced by the FTSC back around 1986 or
so.
