The first step would be to get the audio on the phone line ... you might try 
a paging adapter connected to the speaker output of the SB and the phoneline. 
You should be able to get one from your local telephone supply house .. next 
you have to take the line offhook and dial .. that ones up to you ... then 
you have to play the VOC .. a click of the mouse? ... finally you have to put 
the phone line back on hook and re-start the process ...  sound like what you 
need to do?
