Hi David,
  I went and picked up Miriam's book and I got a delightful surprise. It
is not the one on FoxPro 2.0 & 2.5,  but an improved 2nd edition, that
also covers 2.6 ! I had seen the other in several shoppies and then just
recently, her later one on Visual FoxPro. I never even new this one
existed, I figured She was so busy, and had skipped 2.6. They used the
same Title and ISBN number, so you can not tell them apart in a catalog!
My humble apologies to Ms. Liskin, I continue to underestimate her. It
is about 3 Kg and the index alone is 42 pages!
