  Are you also having the same difficulties?  It is very clear when there
are problems, ~20 seconds to read an entire message.

   Also anyone with Linux - if you have Wireshark, capture the initial
connect from your newsreader to news.barkto.com and report the value of
Window Scaling (in the options of the SYN packet).   I'm curious why
Randall and I were the only ones to see the problem.
