The diving is very similare between the two cities.  Both have
an excellent artifical reef program (intentionally sunk shipwrecks),
as well as some outstanding reeflines and tropical fishlife.
Miami/Ft.Lauderdale is basically one long city stretching
across the two counties.  It's less congested to the north (Ft.
Lauderdale) than in Miami.
