The problem is the 3.x tools don't have a connection ID big enough for 4.x 
over 250.  However, I've used many (most) of the 3.x tools on a 4.x server.  
Your client should be NDS aware, ie. NDS enabled.  If this is not possible, 
run VLM's in bindery mode.  Guess I'm saying we're doing this and not having 
problems. What type problems are you seeing?
