Flip the connector over so the pins are at the top and the latch at the
bottom, then pair out your cable and use pins 1,2,3 & 6. The pairs are
color-coded Orange/White-White/Orange, Green/White-White/Green,
Blue/White-While/Blue and Brown/White-White/Brown.

If you use standard Cat 5 cable, you'll have 4 pairs (eight wires) of
which two pairs are not utilized. The third and fourth pairs should be
connected for strength and stability. Connect them up to positions 4,5
and 7,8 respectively.
