There are free and non-free versions of Lavasoft Ad-aware that allows you
to back up and delete what it finds.

I think their official site is http://www.lavasoft.nu/, but I see that
there is now also a www.lavasoftusa.com site. I could not find an URL in
the product itself, so I can't verify that these are the correct places.
