How much of that is due to the fact that most have been fighting Windows
for years, and have succumbed to its flaws?

I still wonder why I have to press the Start button to stop the
computer....  Yeah, that makes sense, but everyone is so accustomed to that
little bit of Microsoft "innovation" that they just do it.
