Fraid to tell you that according to my urologist, if you've had them
once, you can count on a 16% chance of recurrance every year! (and diet
won't help you keep them away!)
(drinking more water, and increasing exercise might slow down the
recurrances, but not necessarily eliminate(NPI!) them!)
