And be very careful when reaching for your wallet / ID, as police
have been known to shoot first & examine the wallet later.

Or, in thr London Tube, 8 bullets in the head to make sure that MP3
player you have in your ears doesn't explode.

 GP> Maybe they'll simplify the identification process by implanting a

Well, it is consistent with prophecy, and is under active consideration
by the biometric / ID industry.

Until your access is revoked for some reason.

I assume that he did say it; I have seen the quote many times.

Look forward to the 2006 Oz Census, which will "permit" people to fill
it out online ... the 2011 Census will probably be "mandatory" to do
online, & the Census Bureau will be in a position to do snapshot surveys
& censuses regularly, to compel people to give up personal information
for the databases, which can be used to "better protect our privacy"
and all the rest of the weasel words.
