Julia had surgery to improve the vision in her eye.  This was
about 2 weeks ago.  They said it won't do away with the double
vision but should improve, I believe it's the field of vision
in that eye.
A few days after the surgery, which went very well, she was
doing much better than they thought she would.  Then out of a
clear blue sky, Julia forgot and rubbed her eye.
It started to blur, and was running, swollen, and quite painful,
she said.  Oh dear!  Personally I kicked into "extra prayer mode."
Well it continued to be swollen and oozing, and so she called
the eye doctor.  they said wait til your appointment tomorrow.
So, she did.
Turns out that when you have this type surgery done, small cysts
can develop on the eye, and one did, and that's what she rubbed,
and it broke open.   It's once more healing fine, and not really
bothering her at all, Thank God!
Julia's doing fine, is her usual busy self, and working on quilts
and other projects.  Her web page is up and she puts quilting
patterns, rubber stamping information, pergamano patterns, and
other neat stuff on there.
Now, how are YOU?  Are you getting your game carriers done?  My
sewing machine still chuckles when I walk by, but I am gradually
using and thus taming the rascal!  Now if I could get this pesky
7-month-old weiner dog pup to stop jumping up at my legs to see
what I'm doing, I might have a teddy bear quilt soon.  hehe
Velvet is cute, but I keep telling her, "Nobody is THAT cute!"
Nevertheless, she keeps bugging me.   And I love her, so I put
up with it.  hehe
Life is too short not to love your weiner dog!
