I've read accounts an aide had to prepare a DVD recording of Katrina
to get his attention as he doesn't read newspapers or watch T.V. :-(

OTOH Katrina is making the plan to put oil rigs off the gulf coast
of Florida a little less likely due to the nature of the state's 
tourest, beaches based economy.
