Sittin in the cold - again, but this time at may shop.

Darn propane tank gauge reports 55% full (see link to photo taken last night) 
So, either the gauge is faulty and lying to me ? and the tanks are empty, or
the gauge is accurate and I am not getting the 55% gas remaining.  And in both
those cases, the situation is not my fault.  Clearly the mechanics of the
tank/gauge system is broken ? and that may have been the case for years and not
discovered until I noticed.
