Larry's met the criteria of reliable for some 23 years now.

The only individual to even come close is my dog.

We've done handshake deals on motorcycles sold 
both ways on several occassions, no paperwork needed and prompt
payment.

He's fundementalist Christian, anti-choice and a Bush supporter 
and he's my best friend, go figure.
