->   There was a story on the WGN (Channel 9 Chicago) News last night,
-> where a female volunteer at a pet care facility, was walking a blind pit
-> bull (who was being taken care of at the facility) in the alley behind
-> the building.

->   A surveillance camera captured a white car speeding into the alley,
-> veering to the right to run over the woman and the dog. She was thrown
-> on the hood, and injured/scraped up pretty bad.

->   Sadly, the dog was killed. The clinic is offering a $1000 reward for
-> information leading to the arrest and conviction of the perpetrators.

Is that offer for the perpetrator valid dead or alive?

Why not go after Cocker Spanials as they're notorious for attacking
