6. d4 is a good move, but it does not deserve a !, since 6. Nxf7 is much more
convincing. For all of you I recommend Eric Schiller's "Big Book of Busts" 
or
both 6. d4 and 6. Nxf7 if for nothing else.However Y. Estrin had an excellent
book on the subject in 1982 or even before that. 5...Nxd5 is simply a losing
move.
