Thanks for the text about the format of bitmaps.  It looks a bit complex,
but I'm sure I'll figure something out eventually.  I understand that I can
plot the pixels with OUTP, but I don't know what you do with the color
information.  When I had an Atari ST all you did then was dump the whole
header into the pallette register and that was it.  Obviously it's not as
simple on the PC.
