There is/was a transfer protocol named VFAST, originally developed for the 
OSIRIS BBS, set up somewhat like a PC Board or Wildcat zmodem batch transfer 
protocol. I think the last version I have sitting somewhere is 2.x something 
even though the archive was labelled 3.x on the BBS I found it.
