 This may be reaching a bit but look at these settings:

      ELCONFIG > MODEM > TELNET
                   Max Sessions = 3
                      Server Port = 3
                     Start Node# = 2  (my dialup is 1)
                   No Telnet DL = no
                      Show Type = Minimized
