No no no... he's talking about the xfer protocol "VFAST".  (Unfortunate
choice of names.)
It's little used, and most users (at least now a days) won't bother
installing additional xfer protocols unless they absolutely have to.
Even when I had a slew of protocols installed here, the only ones that ever
got any real use were Zmodem, then XModem, then HSLink, then (surprisingly)
Puma.  (damned if I can remember its more recent name.)  I'm now only
offering the built-ins from Maximus, and I've not had one request from any
users for more than that.
