Well there is HAARP in alaska pumping hundreds of millions of watts
of HF RF into the ionisphere.
As to what purpose is anyone's guess but some have suggested weather
control.

Personally I think it's global warming fueling these monster storms.

But just what purpose is HAARP really all about???
