he should, if he doesn't, have an entry for his NC that is polled at least once
a month or maybe once a week... everyone should poll their NC's system at least
once a month if they have compatible connection capabilities... if they do not,
then their NC should route their mail to a system where the node does have
regular contact... that's another part of "making netmail available" ;)
