I just spent several hours on the internet lastnight looking
for information about several SMC cards I've just obtained.
My model numbers are very close to the ones you mention, so
you might be able to use some of the same info I found.
My model nos are: SMC8013WC and SMC8216T
And I *DID* see reference to the 8013EBT nomenclature.
The 8013 cards show reference to WD, but I found the info on
SMC's web site (http://www.smc.com), and found all the setup
and install utilities I needed on their ftp site (ftp.smc.com).
I believe SMC bought out WD, and I'm not so sure that 3-Com
doesn't have control of SMC, now. Saw several refs to 3C on
the webpages.
