I must be a bit thick...if you are indeed using divisions you shouldn't have 
such long lists, unless the MEX program you're using doesn't honour 
divisions. Is that what you mean?
Or do you mean that even with the divisions each list is too long?  If that's 
the case then create more divisions - you can nest them so that within a 
division are further sub-divisions.
Or am I still on the wrong track?
