Those were the only ones I've even seen around here, and i had to get them 
from
a con several hundred miles away. Sorry.
As for prices tho, Combo Price Guide lists them at
 $275-complete set
 $80- starter box (12 decks)
 $8- deck
 $85- booster box (36 decks)
 $2.50- booster pack
 $.50- commons
 $1.50 uncommon
 $5.00 rare
