Find a copy of _The Russians are Coming!, The Russians are Coming!_  

It stars Alan Arkin and Theodore Bikel.  

It was a comedy done during the very height of the Cold War.  

Perhaps the author and director didn't know what was happening, 
but they had one nice vision as to how they hoped it would 
all turn out.  It is most definitely not like the very dark 
comedy of _Dr Strangelove_.
