I think we have to look at the circumstances, and I think there are some 
people and some situations, where  this is totally  understandable. Only time 
I could see it not being is during the actual hurricane and lives would be 
lost, but if I've been laying around for days afterwards. Still surviving, 
and I stay or my dogs come with me, and they say no, I'd prolly stay till at 
some point my dogs could be rescued too, Hell, I have already lived through 
the worst. Take my neighbor, rescue him or her, but if ya stop back, I'd liek 
to go to.. along with the pooches.
